Chillers and mini chillers are essential components in air conditioning and cooling systems, and their applications have expanded significantly in recent years.
  
Main Components of HiWater Mini Chiller
Chassis and Body: This part is constructed in a modular design, using bent galvanized steel sheets that are assembled with screws and bolts, eliminating the need for welding. It is coated with electrostatic powder paint.
Compressor: These products are equipped with a hermetic scroll compressor from Copeland, a Taiwanese-manufactured unit that operates using R22 refrigerant gas.
 
Evaporator: This unit has a DX shell and tube type, designed with a three-circuit configuration that complies with TEMA standards. The outer shell is made of carbon and the tubing consists of copper pipes with a 5.8-inch diameter and a 0.75 mm thickness. To enhance overall efficiency, the evaporator includes a star profile, which significantly improves efficiency. The tube sheet is constructed from ST37 steel.
  
Condenser: The air condenser in this system is a fin and tube design with four rows of tubes and a fin density of 10 FPI. The copper tubes used in the condenser have a 3.8-inch diameter and a 0.016-inch thickness. The fins are of the V-waffle-enhanced fin type.
  
Electro Fan: This system includes external rotor axial fans known for their quiet operation, manufactured by Zilbeg. There are four fans in total, each measuring 630 mm in diameter at a speed of 920 rpm.
 
Cooling Circuit Components: They include a receiver, service valve, pressure relief valve, filter drier, and line filter. These components are from Danfoss, Castel, or GMC brands.
 
Control Components: Control components of these mini chillers include a thermostatic expansion valve, flow switch, and controller. The thermostatic expansion valve is either manufactured by Danfoss (Denmark) or Penn (Italy). The flow switch and controller are provided by Pemm or Johnson Controls.
 
Electrical Panel: The electrical panel is constructed from galvanized steel and coated with electrostatic powder paint at a minimum thickness of 80 microns and IP54 insulation class. This electrical panel has a Siemens microprocessor. Furthermore, the phase control, contactor, and thermal switch are from Siemens or Schneider brands. The main power switch is either MCCB or Schneider.
