Prices of HiWater Chlorinators
A chlorinator is a device that functions as a disinfectant and is specifically for injecting chlorine into water. This device plays a role in the final stage of water purification to prevent the growth and spread of bacteria. In other words, during the water treatment process, various machines such as water pumps and filtration units are used to carry out different stages of water purification, which include removing both large and small suspended particles, coagulating harmful substances and microbes, etc. Once these stages are complete, chemical agents that effectively purify water by removing microbes, disinfecting, and controlling secondary microbial contamination are applied, with chlorine being an important agent for this task. Chlorine is the primary choice for water disinfection because of its affordability, ease of use, and great effect.

Advantages of Using a Chlorinator

As noted earlier, the chlorinator is more affordable compared to other devices in this field.
It is highly efficient in carrying out the disinfection process.
This device helps in controlling the growth of algae and fungi.

How an Inline Chlorinator Works
Chlorine can be added to pool water in several ways, one of which is through the use of an inline chlorinator. This device is one of the most reliable and widely systems for injecting chlorine into pool water. Below, we explain the operation of an inline chlorinator in detail.

First, it is essential to understand that the inline chlorinator consists of three primary parts: the auxiliary equipment, the pump, and the chlorine tablet container. The unit is placed at the end of the water treatment system after the pool water has gone through the various filtration stages.

In fact, before the water returns to the pool, it must pass through the chlorinator, where it is mixed with a certain amount of chlorine before entering the pool. Therefore, to use this system, you must first switch off the pool pump to stop water from entering the chlorinator. Once the pump is off, rotate the control valve of the dispenser to the OFF setting. Wait for 1 to 5 minutes to completely empty out any remaining water and vapors in the unit.

Thereafter, you can open the dispenser’s cover. Here, avoid standing directly above the device as chlorine gas might still be present. Place a chlorine tablet inside the container, according to the dispenser’s capacity, and close the lid after applying lubricant. Afterward, turn on the pool pump and set the control valve to your desired setting.

Now, your device is ready to operate. According to the settings, as water flows through the system, a certain amount of chlorine tablet will dissolve into the water and enter the pool. This allows the system to inject chlorine continuously into the pool as needed. Using an inline chlorinator has numerous advantages, such as being suitable for indoor and outdoor pools, and automatic control over the chlorine levels in the pool.
